All-Pro Roofing and Construction was founded in 1998 by Larry Miller. Mr. Miller had 9 years experience in the roofing industry with a large national contractor and his vision was to create a full service regional firm offering a full line of roof systems delivering the highest quality and service. The plan has been successful based on the sustained growth in business and resources each year. We expanded in 2005 to include All-Pro Roofing and Sheet Metal (CCC #1326836) to handle Florida projects from our South Florida office. In 2007 we added an office in Augusta, Ga. and relocated to our own Facility in Atlanta. To date, All-Pro has completed over 300 successful Projects ranging in size from small repairs to major projects valued at over a million dollars. These projects are generally located in the Southeast but we have completed Projects from Texas to New England.

Our commitment to be a full service contractor has resulted in a wide variety of property types, roof systems, and circumstances. Projects include Retail, Industrial, Office, Hotel, Special Purpose, and Residential Facilities. All types of systems have been installed, including built-up, modified bitumen, single-ply, coatings, and standing seam metal offered by major manufacturers. We are proud to have worked for individual property owners to large, national real estate investors/owners. The Company has provided service to a large variety of general contractors including 6 of the top 25 Contractors rated by volume. A large portion of our work has been retail facilities including Wal-Mart, HH Gregg, Walgreens, and strip centers.

During the initial years of the Company, the focus of our work was new construction. New construction is a highly competitive environment which develops talent, resources, and discipline in a new company. All-Pro has been successful competing for and delivering Projects and has benefited by acquiring the people, equipment, and experience needed to fill our Customer's needs.

In addition to the new construction work, All-Pro has considerable experience in reroofing projects. Reroofing requires an expanded skill set that includes evaluating conditions and making recommendations. Working over facilities that are occupied and in use demands considerable expertise and talent. Our ability to deliver on difficult projects is proven, and it is AII-Pro's goal to continue to grow this portion of the business. We have added key personnel with considerable experience in reroofing. Building on the resources we have in place, we now
have the capability to handle any type of reroofing Project, including assisting our Customers in developing solutions to roof problems.

To assure full service, All-Pro operates a full time repair and maintenance department. Our Crews are fully trained and equipped to evaluate and repair all types of roof systems quickly and efficiently. We offer a central dispatch and point of contact for our Customers. Our individual customer needs are very important to us and we will tailor service and repair plans to your requirements including photos, reports, and completed service order paperwork.
